Northeast Georgia Health System (NGHS) is in search of a System Director of Breast Surgery to be responsible for the clinical and administrative leadership of Breast Surgery practices across the health system. Headquartered in Gainesville, Georgia, NGHS is a five-hospital, not-for-profit health system serving more than 1.6 million+ residents in more than 19 counties across Northeast Georgia. Reporting to the Chief Physician Executive and President/CAO, this System Director coordinate clinical services for breast surgery, including the breast cancer program. Working with administrative leadership and clinician leaders, the Director will establish yearly performance goals for the program that are aligned with the vision and mission of NGHS. In partnership with NGHS directors, the Director will be accountable for all efforts to ensure the consistent delivery of high quality efficient and cost-effective patient care for the breast program and will also be responsible for promoting best practices through evidence-based medicine. Position Summary

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology seeks a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) physician for a faculty position at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Professor (commensurate with qualifications). This position will contribute to the clinical, academic, research, and educational missions of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive reproductive endocrinology services, including advanced fertility treatments, while actively participating in teaching, scholarship, and service within our academic medical center.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation and management of infertility, endocrine disorders, recurrent pregnancy loss, and reproductive health conditions.
• Perform assisted reproductive technologies (ART), including IVF and related procedures.
• Participate in on-call coverage and shared clinical responsibilities within the division.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered, evidence-based care.
• Teach and supervise medical students, residents, fellows, and other trainees.
• Engage in clinical, translational, or basic science research aligned with REI.
• Participate in departmental and institutional committees.
• Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• MD degree or equivalent
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Completion of fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois.
