For the full experience:

• Participate in a 1-1/2 hour virtual asynchronous training on messaging techniques – extremely valuable information applicable to many discussions in healthcare.

• Participate in a 2-hour virtual training to practice messaging skills that meet people’s needs, and demonstrate shared values and compassion.
