Region 2 Conference:

The 2025 Region 2 Conference will take place on Saturday, April 5th, 2025 from 10 am to 4 pm at the University of Rochester School of Medicine with hybrid in person and Zoom sessions!

Please RSVP here by Friday, March 21st if you are planning to attend in-person or virtually! We will reach out with registration confirmation and additional conference details as the conference approaches.

We are also accepting abstract submission for the conference poster session with options for both in-person and virtual attendees. Please submit your abstracts here by Friday, March 14th if you would like to present at the conference! If you submit an abstract, please also make sure you are registered for the conference.

Virtual Premed-Med Mixer and Q&A Event: 

RSVP here to attend our first virtual Premed-Med Mixer and Q&A event, which will be held on Zoom. We’re seeking medical students to share insights on applying to med school, their experiences so far, along with any advice or tips for premeds! This event has been rescheduled – new date TBD!
