The American Medical Women’s Association (AMWA) has convened the Allies for Equity in Medicine, a community reflecting diverse allies committed to working collaboratively to advance opportunities for equity and inclusion, particularly for those identifying as women in medicine, and to sustain the effectiveness of our mission.
This membership subcommittee grew out of discussions around gaining representation in support of the #HeForShe movement and recognizing men for equity among our member supporters. By joining the AMWA Allies for Equity in Medicine, you will support our goals to achieve gender equity in medicine.
Join our 26% Pay Equity Campaign (the gender pay gap reported by Doximity in 2025) with a $26 donation.
