Can you Cite Any Particular Instance or Individuals that influenced your choices?

An individual that has influenced my choices would be Dr Brene Brown. Her book “Daring Greatly” on vulnerability and shame changed my approach to these emotions. Usually, these words invoke a feeling of uncomfortableness. However, in her book Dr. Brown talks of a systematic approach to these emotions which helped me become more self-aware of the choices I was making and the ones I will continue making in the future.
