These masks were worn during September Women in Medicine Month in 2021 in support of this campaign.

The Give Her A Reason To Stay in Healthcare Campaign was developed by Julie K. Silver, MD. Campaign partners included the American Medical Women’s Association (AMWA) and Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine (ELAM), a core program of Drexel University College of Medicine.
