The Hospitalist will provide clinical coverage primarily for acute medical patients on both the regular and step down units. Opportunities beyond clinical care at our tertiary medical center include involvement with the development and implantation of patient safety efforts, participation in clinical education, and participation in the development of clinical research. Rotation schedule 7 days on/off, 12 hour shifts while on clinical duties. Positions will include night time shifts.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFCIATIONS:

MD (or foreign equivalent). Board eligible/certified in Internal Medicine or board certified in Family Medicine. If board certified in Family Medicine, one of the following criteria is required;

• Family Medicine Residency with concentration on Hospitalist Medicine.
• One year current full-time hospitalist experience.
• Completion of a Chief Residency or GME approved fellowship program.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Two years of current, full-time hospitalist medicine experience. Experience with quality or research initiatives. Specialized training or fellowship in geriatrics or hospitalist medicine. The Department of Medicine (DoM) at Stanford University School of Medicine (SoM) seeks innovative physician scientists to join the faculty as Assistant, Associate, or full Professor in the University Medical Line (UML) through this rolling Faculty Cluster Hire Search. Applicants must have an MD, MD/PhD, or equivalent medical degree, and eligibility/certification in any of the American Board of Internal Medicine’s subspecialties. We are specifically interested in collaborative physician-scientists with scholarly research programs focused on discovery science, population science, and/or translational science that can be applied within the clinical domains of an adult medicine subspecialty.

This rolling Faculty Cluster Hire Search aims to recruit an assorted group of experts dedicated to cultivating novel clinical therapies and improving patient outcomes, both within our organization and beyond. Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities (60%)
Provide full-scope women’s health care, including preventive, reproductive, prenatal/postpartum, and gynecologic services.
Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications.
Perform procedures such as Pap smears, contraceptive counseling, STI testing/treatment, and menopause management.

The Division of Oncology in the Department of Medicine at Stanford University seeks a clinician scientist to join the division as Assistant, Associate, or full Professor in the University Medical Line. • A Developmental Behavior Pediatrician passionate about providing specialty healthcare as a part of a team to children/youth with special healthcare needs

Position Details
• Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
• 1.0 FTE (40 hours)
• EMR system is EPIC
• Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Position Highlights
• $255k annual compensation
• Hiring bonus of $30k
• Relocation allowance of $20k

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must be board eligible/board certified in developmental/behavioral pediatrics and have completed a developmental/behavioral pediatric fellowship.
